Telecom Masters (PTY) Ltd is a standard communications Value Add Service Provider and Consulting company, trading as Simplatec. We endeavor to address high communications charges, communications manageability, and user satisfaction issues. This will in turn offer cost saving, value for money and return on investment to our customers on their existing services, possibly without additional spending or at minimum spending to release the saving.

It is a concept borne from the realization that organizations do not have the time and the resources to keep an eye on communications costs. Even with capable IT staff, it is not possible as these professionals are charged with maintaining daily operations of the company IT infrastructure. The founder, and director, has over 27 years’ experience in unified communication and ICT Environment. This extensive experience span from working for different telecommunications and IT companies in Botswana providing office communications and unified communications.

We conduct a FREE, comprehensive analysis of communication contracts invoices and offer alternative solutions correspondence to the findings. Today’s businesses require diverse and sophisticated approaches to their daily operations. The cost of running these services must not impact negatively on the organizations ROI.
